FAQ

Yarn/Fiber Care and information:

At this time all of my fibers/yarns are NOT superwash.  So please take care when laundering them.  All fibers/yarns should be handwashed in cold water with a mild wool wash and laid out to dry. 

·        All fibers/yarns are dyed using professional acid dyes and to achieve colorfast items.  All items are rinsed until the water runs clear.  However, any hand dyed yarn and fiber may still run at home.  It is a good idea to wash separately in cold water.  Sometimes darker colors may crock (rub off on hands or needles) which is a natural part of hand dyed yarn and fiber, but which will not affect the finished product. 

·        All skeins in each colorway are dyed in small batches together.  Because they are dyed by hand, no two skeins/braids are exactly the same.  Think of the skeins/braids as siblings and not twins.   All hand dyed fibers/yarns can vary between dye lots so you should order enough for your project at one time. We suggest alternating rows in projects to even out the color differences.  

·        We do our best to capture the colors accurately in our photography.  However, monitors, devices and lighting conditions cause variations in the colors.

·        We do not currently ship internationally

·        Once an order has been received by the designated shipping organization, Arborglyph is not responsible for any damage or losses that may occur.  Please make a claim with the appropriate shipping organization. 

Payment: Sales tax is added for Virginia residents.
